Refund/Cancellation Policy

At Integrative Holistic, we strive to provide the best possible products and services to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes situations arise that may require a refund or cancellation of an order or service. To ensure a transparent and fair process for all parties involved, we have established the following refund/cancellation policy:

Refund Policy for Products:

  1.  If a customer is not satisfied with their product purchase, they may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

  2.  The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging for a full refund to be issued.

  3.  Shipping costs for returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Policy for Services:

  1. If a client requests a refund before the scheduled appointment, we will refund the full amount paid.

  2. If a client requests a refund after the scheduled appointment, we will not refund the full amount paid, but we may offer a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Cancellation Policy for Products:

  1.  If a customer wishes to cancel an order for a product or service, they must do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

  2.  If a customer cancels an order within the 24-hour timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

  3.  If a customer cancels an order after the 24-hour timeframe, a cancellation fee may be charged, depending on the product or service.

Cancellation Policy for Services:​

  1. If a client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that they provide us with at least 24 hours' notice.

  2. If a client cancels or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice, they will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 60% of the scheduled appointment fee.

  3. If a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without giving any notice, they will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment.​

Exceptions to this policy may be made in extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events. We reserve the right to make such exceptions at our discretion.
